Is it weird, or okay to drink red wine cold? My answer to that is, no, not at all. Especially in the summertime. It is a lot more refreshing to have a chilled red wine than a warm one. Don’t feel bad about how you want to drink your wine. It is your wine, your taste buds. Enjoy your wine at whatever temperature that you like.

If you want to chill your red wine, while you could put ice cubes in wine, just know that ice cubes will dilute your wine. As the ice cubes melt your wine will become more watery, more watered down. This actually works perfectly fine for some people. If you want to have your wine cold I recommend to put it in the refrigerator or keep it in a chilled container throughout your drinking experience.
