While this grape is small in size, don't be fooled, as it packs a punch. Petite Sirah's bold flavor comes from the high skin-to-juice ratio of the grape, which produces an inky black-purple wine. This full body wine has smoky dark-berried fruit, like black currant and blackberry, that gives a great mouthfeel. A heady mix of spices and some dark chocolate flavors are matched with tannins that are balanced by a silky texture and mouthwatering acidity.
