• 1 Block Gruyere Cheese
• 1 Baguette
• Salt
• White Pepper

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees .

Thinly slice your baguette and finely grate Gruyère cheese. Lay bread on a baking sheet lined with foil. Heap grated cheese on top of the bread slices (use more than you think, the more the better!). Sprinkle top with salt and white pepper.

Bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted. Turn oven to broil for last minute to bubble up the cheese. Serve right out of the oven.
