Our 2023 Gratitude Collection is one of our best yet.
We are introducing our first sparkling wine with a Napa Valley Blanc de Noir, 100% Pinot. Brioche and a hint of berry fill the glass, with bright citrus in the aromas. The fine mousse brings along these notes in the mouth. Lingering finish of citrus that begs for another taste.
Our 2020 Estate Mourvedre - Benefiting from a soft press, it exhibits very low committed tannin. Starting with a very Rhone style mineral bouquet then opens with aromas of subtle smoke, cassis, and wisps of juniper, sage, and parsley. Upon first sip, you will note the creamy and buttery mouthfeel and the sense of weight without being heavy. A light dusty cocoa and pepper spice finish off the sip. Designed to complement literally any item on your family's food table. This is a red wine that even white wine drinkers tend to warm up to.
2020 Gratitude Red Blend - 50% percent Grenache and 50% percent Tempranillo introduces itself with a heady floral bouquet including hints of violets and rose petal, with additional hints of coffee and ripe raspberries. All are easily discernible as you concentrate with eyes comfortably closed. As you sip, you encounter a warm developing creamy mouthful of strawberry jam, wisps of sweet tobacco, and cocoa. The finish is soft and elegant in tannin structure with repetitious thoughts of "let's do that again". Ambrosia pairs well with all things mushroom, incredibly with salmon, and very nicely with lighter fare such as a pork loin and roast chicken. We are so thrilled with this vintage as this is our most highly sought after blends.
While we have much to be grateful for, there is unprecedented suffering at home and across the globe.
