Beginning late last year, we identified a beautiful property in Northern California’s stunning Amador County that hit all the marks for what we had envisioned as the new home for Teneral Cellars, including a place for our community to gather around a purpose. In the following months, we partnered with a group of amazing humans to obtain Wilderotter Vineyard: complete with stunning vineyards, state-of-the-art winery, tasting room and five-star luxury Inn, along with an existing wine business with award-winning wines.
We are proudly still women owned and led, and now that we have officially taken over operations at Wilderotter VineyardWe are proud to share with you these three amazing wines from our newly acquired Wilderotter Vineyard:The 2022 Estate Sauvignon Blanc has been touted as the “Margarita of the Foothills” and the last vintage won double-gold and best of class at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, considered the most prestigious in the United States and beyond. The other two award-winning wines in this collection are the 2021 Napa Chardonnay and beautiful Rhone 2020 GSM (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre) from our estate in Amador County.
