The fruit for this wine comes from the Russian River Valley the vineyard is in the town of Sebastopol. The grapes are harvested at nighttime and crushed in Sonoma County. The juice then makes 3 hours ride over to Amador Country where we take crushed fruit and work our magic to produce amazing wine.
Tasting Notes- Aromas of caramelized pineapple dance with fresh apple, and flan. Juicy peaches on the palate med to full body mouth feel.
Food pairing- As the weather begins to cool off this wine would be an excellent glass of wine to accompany and hot bowl of ginger butternut squash soup.
