Joyful Warrior Zinfandel - NV - El Dorado County
Jammy, roasted fruit notes abound in this classic Zinfandel. Look for notes of dried plum, leather, coffee, and chocolate matched with a satisfying meaty texture. Supple tannins balance the mouth-filling fruit. Pair this wine with grilled meats and smokey-sweet barbecue sauce.
It's a blend of ~50% of wine that was only in stainless-steel and 50% of the wine was barrel-aged in neutral oak barrels w/about 10 months average barrel time.
