Job Description: As our Director of Hospitality & Customer Service, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence.
Your role will encompass:
Creating Outstanding Customer Experiences: From the moment our guests step foot on our vineyard to the time they leave, you'll ensure they're treated to unparalleled service. Your goal? To turn every visit into a memorable journey.
Special Events Coordination: Whether it's a careful curated wine pairing dinner, or a lively dance party on our patio, you'll orchestrate events that leave a lasting impression. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you bring our customers dreams to life.
Team Leadership: You'll lead by example, inspiring our customer service team to deliver excellence at every touchpoint. Your guidance and mentorship will ensure that each member of our team embodies the spirit of hospitality.
Wine Club Management: You'll also be the driving force behind our wine club, ensuring that members receive exclusive access to our latest releases, special events, and personalized offerings. Your goal? To foster a sense of community and belonging among our most loyal customers. From managing membership inquiries to organizing member-exclusive tastings and events, you'll go above and beyond to delight our wine club members. Your proactive approach and personalized attention will keep them coming back for more.
Retention and Growth: You'll implement strategies to retain existing wine club members while also attracting new ones. Your creative ideas and innovative promotions will showcase the value of our wine club, driving membership growth and loyalty.
Administrative Duties: You'll handle the day-to-day operations of our wine club, including processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate member records. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for wine and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management, preferably in the wine industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
